SMS, Calls, and Messaging

If you provide a phone number and opt in to receive SMS, calls, or similar messages, we may use service providers such as Twilio to send those communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP and may request help by replying HELP, where supported.

We do not sell your phone number or SMS opt-in information. We do not share SMS consent or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share messaging information with service providers only as needed to deliver, secure, support, or comply with legal obligations related to those communications.

Plaid and Financial Data

If you choose to connect financial accounts through Plaid, Plaid will ask you to authorize the connection and may collect credentials or authentication information directly. We do not receive, see, or store your banking login credentials from Plaid.

Our applications use Plaid-enabled financial data only through client-side processes for the product, workflow, report, verification, support, or service you requested. Customer financial data is not kept on our servers, persisted in our databases, or used to build stored customer profiles. Any financial data displayed or processed by the application is used for the immediate client-side experience you authorize.

We do not sell financial account data. We do not use customer financial data for advertising or unrelated marketing. You may disconnect a linked account by contacting us or, where available, through Plaid's consumer controls or the relevant financial institution.

Because these workflows are designed to run client-side, financial account data is used only for the immediate authorized application experience and is not retained by us as server-side customer financial records.
