This Privacy Policy describes how this website and related services operated by David Tendrich ("we," "us," or "our") collect, use, disclose, and protect information. This policy is intended to cover general website use as well as services that may use communications providers such as Twilio and financial data providers such as Plaid.

Information We Collect

We may collect or process the following categories of information, depending on how you interact with us:

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number, company, and similar details.
• Communications information: messages, support requests, form submissions, call or SMS metadata, and communication preferences.
• Financial account information: if you choose to connect an account through Plaid or a similar provider, our applications may process account identifiers, account names, balances, transaction data, institution information, and other data you authorize through that provider. We do not store customer financial data on our servers.
• Usage information: pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
• Business or service information: details you provide so we can deliver requested products, workflows, automations, or support.

How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and improve our websites, apps, automations, and services;
• respond to inquiries, provide support, and communicate with you;
• send transactional messages, service updates, reminders, alerts, or other communications you request or consent to receive;
• process financial data connections that you authorize, including account verification, transaction review, reporting, reconciliation, or related service functionality;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues;

SMS, Calls, and Messaging

If you provide a phone number and opt in to receive SMS, calls, or similar messages, we may use service providers such as Twilio to send those communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP and may request help by replying HELP, where supported.

We do not sell your phone number or SMS opt-in information. We do not share SMS consent or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share messaging information with service providers only as needed to deliver, secure, support, or comply with legal obligations related to those communications.

Plaid and Financial Data

If you choose to connect financial accounts through Plaid, Plaid will ask you to authorize the connection and may collect credentials or authentication information directly. We do not receive, see, or store your banking login credentials from Plaid.

Our applications use Plaid-enabled financial data only through client-side processes for the product, workflow, report, verification, support, or service you requested. Customer financial data is not kept on our servers, persisted in our databases, or used to build stored customer profiles. Any financial data displayed or processed by the application is used for the immediate client-side experience you authorize.

We do not sell financial account data. We do not use customer financial data for advertising or unrelated marketing. You may disconnect a linked account by contacting us or, where available, through Plaid's consumer controls or the relevant financial institution.

How We Share Information

We may share information with:

• Service providers and processors who help us host, secure, communicate, analyze, automate, or operate services, including providers such as Cloudflare, Twilio, Plaid, hosting providers, analytics providers, and support tools.
• Professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, subpoena, court order, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business transaction parties in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
• Other parties with your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information. We do not sell financial account data. We do not store customer financial data on our servers. We do not share SMS opt-in consent for third-party marketing.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, logs, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand usage, prevent abuse, and improve services. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but some functionality may not work correctly.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, sensitivity, service context, and legal requirements.

Customer financial data processed through Plaid-enabled workflows is not stored on our servers. Because these workflows are designed to run client-side, financial account data is used only for the immediate authorized application experience and is not retained by us as server-side customer financial records.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To make a request, contact us using the information below.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

International Users

Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. By using the services, you understand that information may be transferred to countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
